  We had a great experience at POP. Food was fantastic, every course was very delicious. Artichoke soup was fantastic and short ribs were the best I have ever eaten. Service was great and efficient and the view on the balcony is always a winner. You cannot best that view and together with fantastic food it was a perfect lunch.
