Jade on 36 Restaurant will take guests on a magical culinary journey guided by the new Executive Chef, Olivier Pistre.

Decorated in bright colours with white marble tables and light-beige leather chairs showcase the liveliness and modernity of the restaurant. Through French windows, guests can see the Puxi Skyline and the entire Bund from Waibaidu Bridge to Jin Ling Dong Road, with 52 buildings of various styles standing one after another.

Guests can enjoy a more detailed view of Puxi with the custom-made Swarovski Telescope. Peer through the lens to spy the Gothic spire, ancient Greek dome, Baroque colonnades and Spanish balconies on the other side of the Huangpu river. With the Puxi skyline as a backdrop, guests can indulge in a new defined culinary journey.

Chef Olivier Pistre believes in respecting the authenticity of its various cuisines, and mastering techniques together with seasonal products from sustainable sources. Jade on 36 Restaurant’s new menu is a contemporary interpretation of classic French cuisine. Chef Olivier Pistre uses premium seasonal ingredients with a special focus on enhancing the natural flavours and capitalizing on their freshness.

“My role is to listen to the symphonic rhythms of the ingredients, fine tune and adapt them to the needs of our diners,” said Chef Olivier.
