Shanghai, 27 August 2019 – Located in the impressive lobby with a high ceiling, the high-end French-style restaurant, La Brasserie, revives French classics through modern interpretations.
With a comfortable yet sophisticated atmosphere, La Brasserie Signature Restaurant can host up to 194 guests in its main dining area with a VIP Private Room for up to 10 guests. The restaurant also offers a spacious outdoor space.
This chic establishment features a modern approach to classic French brasserie cuisine, where noble and local products both play a part. Breakfast is a buffet-style service with a wide selection of Western and Chinese dishes. The buffet dinner combine the flavours of East and West, featuring our signature seafood market with various fresh seafood options such as Flower Crabs, New Zealand Mussels, Scallops, Crab Legs and more; the butchers’ block where you can choose your preferred meat, fish and seafood, make your own marinade, and speak with the chef for a tailor-made grill experience; and China Town which presents authentic dim sum and fresh pulled noodles together with local delicacies.
