Shanghai elite clustered. In the nearby No.539, Fuxing Zhong Road stands a three-storied
mansion owned by Kung Hsiang-hsi and his wife Eling Soong. The highly influential couple
hosted an extraordinary assemblage of politicians, tycoons, intellectuals and artists there. Now,his mansion has been adapted into Sinan Jiangyan, a restaurant provides delicacies and a taste of 1920s’ Shanghai.Caesar Liu, the general manager and partner, joined Sinan Jiangyan out of sheer devotion for traditional Chinese culinary culture. He intends to build a restaurant perfectly combines history, delicacy, culture and good taste.

    这里的厨师‍不懂得如何做单人份的菜
    只会做双人餐
    同事给他上了一课
    这家餐厅不知如何面对奇数食客

    整幢楼环境还不错
    毕竟曾经是孔祥熙的故居

    整个套餐吃下来最好评的是松茸汤,淮阳干丝还有葱油拌面

    杨枝甘露是全部打成泥的这种
