  Ambiance: Mia table setting includes a table napkin folded in the unique shape of a suit jacket. This complements the aesthetic of a designer boutique neatly. I would prefer more music, but the novel setting more than made up for that.

  Food: Beef carpaccio was garnished well and is of top shelf, freshly sliced meat. The dressed arugula salad was remarkable, best I've had of this toss in Shanghai in a long time. We were privileged to order the M9+ flank at 500 grams - made medium rare and deserving of the highest rating. Steak sauce could use less jus, but does not take away from the meat.

  Ordered two cocktails which were made masterfully, but I do prefer heavier spirits when ordering liquor over wine coupled with steak.

  Service: Some turbulence with DiningCity acceptance last night, they also do not currently take American Express. Manager was attentive. Wait staff seemed nervous to serve English speaking clientele.
