  Restaurant ambience is great with nice view of the river and Bund. However, service was not so great - i wanted to order a mocktail and the server told me it will take half an hour as they don't have anyone at the bar to make the drink! It also took a while for our orders to be taken. One of our main course - pork rib, arrive cold! We called another server and she quickly replaced the dish and additionally offered us complimentary coffee. I suggest you train all your server to the high standard we expect from Shangri-La.
