The food is very fresh. Every course can be served as speciality in normal restaurant.

    周六在四季酒店咖啡厅享受了restaurant week的意大利晚餐,出乎意料的是和其他地方的promotion menu 比较,提供的份量十足,从头盘到主菜到甜品,每一道都精美。谢谢酒店的服务!

We love trying good food and new places but we never heard of any restaurant in Four Seasons Shanghai. The Restaurant Week menu looked very interesting and make us curious and we booked. Now I think why we never hear of this restaurant before! In simple words, the food is FABULOUS!
The dishes was well thought out, creative put together but above all full of great flavor. We can't be more happy after the meal.
The BIG disappointment is the ambience - very unexpected for such a hotel. I'm sure it looked good10 years ago but the problem is it has probably never had upgrade. The restaurant look like a lobby cafe. Food and ambience, it's two different worlds! This food deserves a much better restaurant!

But this was our most satisfying Restaurant Week meal - even if you ma's the restaurant week, we will strongly say go only for the food!

We chose this restaurant as part of the Restaurant Week promotion. The menu looked interesting and we trusted the Four Seasons would be a beautiful place to spend the evening. What we found was Italian food above my expectations, but ambience was below. Cafe Studio is the lobby restaurant for hotel guests to have a buffet breakfast/lunch complete with a kids area. The atmosphere is not conducive to fine dining. One suggestion is to close off the kids area with Chinese temp walls, put table cloths down and add some candles. It is such a shame because we were one of the few to have enjoyed Chef Matteo's delicious menu.
