    冷菜糖醋排骨味道非常好,雪花牛肉炒饭里面加了脆米,入口脆脆香香的,独特!海参麻婆豆腐麻味欠缺一点

    只能怪自己的胃,,一周吃的都是中餐…
    第一次来晶苑,环境还是不错的,服务都可以~
    冷拼可以,带领味蕾的搭配很自然,喜欢小排,肉食者的角度~
    例汤,稍微吐槽下,端上来的汤的温控稍微欠缺了点,如果餐厅对标高端中餐厅的话,稍微烫了点,至少需要静置5分钟左右才可食用~其次,大块猪肉出现在汤底,由于并非特色食材,相信不会有顾客会食用,可以考虑小块点缀或者直接去掉~
    菌菇豚肉质量在线,麻婆豆腐和炒饭都有点太油了,豆腐稍微辣了点,不太能hold住~
    点心还可以,汤圆馅的比例有失水准,太多的糖太少的芝麻。。。一人食的分量不小,早饭要饿着来吃吧!~
    整体效果有点小失落,没有预想的好…或许当餐厅更加明确自身的定位与未来的预期,寻找顾客与餐厅本身都能接受的妥协方案~

    服务员给我们安排在露台,并表示如果觉得冷可以换到店内,阳光正好,难得的好天气,露台还是很适宜的
    冷菜三拼,布袋包很有意思,豆皮倒是我喜欢的,小小的一个,造型很可爱;陈醋茄,我不爱吃醋,感觉有点点小酸,但可以接受;糖醋小排,和上海人说的浓油赤酱绝对相符,偏甜
    老火例汤,比较偏清淡,胡萝卜玉米和猪肉
    鸡枞菌炒黑豚肉,味道不错,我爱吃肉片,小伙伴爱吃菌菇和芦笋,正好光盘
    麻婆豆腐烧海参,海参这样吃还是第一次,麻婆豆腐辣是自然,但是有点偏咸了
    牛肉炒饭,炒饭粒粒分明,米香,脆脆的,但是牛肉太小,完全看不到,味道有点淡,小伙伴很是喜欢
    点心拼盘,鲜虾豆苗饺,味道不错,吃惯了传统的虾饺,里面再混点其他的,还是蛮喜欢的;春卷,居然是小黄鱼春卷;流沙包,纸粘的太牢了,好难撕,味道一般吧
    黑芝麻汤圆,很实的一个,皮有点点小厚
    环境和服务都很不错,貌似现在午市点心有68折

    晶苑餐厅位于淮海中路嘉华中心嘉华坊三楼,闹中取静,实地考察,是有大面积露台的高档粤菜馆。选了288的晚餐,因为菜单里有我想念的小黄鱼面的味道。整个套餐看上去菜品很多,实际菜量都是一人小份,全部吃下来勉强吃饱,不过菜色精致那叫一个没话说!服务水品打7分,人员略显稀松,需要稍等才能到位,不过在没有额外服务费的前提下已经不错了。最满意的还是那碗小黄鱼面,面汤之鲜香,加上雪菜末点缀,超满足的!

    一份性价比不错的晚餐套餐,值得推荐。

    菜品方面,看得出厨师是有功底的,也是花了心思的,不管是刀工、还是混搭的日式、西式料理手法都做的不错,口味也很独到。特别值得赞许的是:1)低温扇贝配洋姜和江南陈醋小茄子;2)东海大花虾很有弹性外面的面衣簿而脆,配的豆苗是我近期吃到的最软糯的;3)鲍汁捞饭味道没得说,米粒的软硬度掌握得很有水平,而且饭里面好像有黑松露的香气,但又好像是黑蒜;4)杨枝甘露里的小芒果切得细小而工整也是值得翘大拇指的。如果硬是要“挑骨头”的话, 我会说:(1)九宫格器皿与食材颜色的搭配还有提升的空间;(2)牛肉的胞浆调味太过浓郁盖住了牛肉本身的味道,而且牛肉吃起里有筋(应该是一分价钱一分货的吧!)

    服务方面,女孩子脸上的笑容如果再多一些;观察客人的动态更勤快一些;对于上菜的次序把握更准一些就更好了!

    环境方面,整体环境是不错的,但因为用了地砖所以声音反射比较硬,大厅里如果人一多就会有 嘈杂的感觉,不过这点还可以接受。最难忍受的是洗手间的味道,应该是下水道没有处理好的问题吧,这个对于我来说是致命的弱点,希望他们的工程部可以尽早解决。

    最后说说这次的主题,套餐里的配酒。“Lot.518” 个人觉得是失败的。用中国白酒混酿的奔富我不敢苟同,凶辣的气味加上甜蜜的口感,让我这个算是喜欢葡萄酒也会喝白酒的上海人几口就败下阵来。这杯酒后来再也没有碰过了,这样的尝试一次也就足够了,应该不会再有第二次!
