    作为时隔两年重回餐厅周的第一餐,在这家餐厅选择了午餐无疑是让我满意的,除了蘑菇汤不尽如人意,其他基本是完美的。最先是奉送的鹌鹑蛋开胃小餐以丰富的口感很成功的让我引起兴趣。主菜我选择的猪肩肉也很棒,之前担心会油腻,但入口后疑虑尽可打消,在配菜以红莓汁腌渍的泡菜的包裹下沾上少许柠檬酱完全感受不到猪肉的油腻,只有舌尖上美妙的味觉体验,红酒腌渍的洋葱小番茄也丰富了层次感。而最后的甜品柠檬香槟塔也很赞,强烈的柠檬气息及其酸味以非常平衡的方式爆裂在口中,不断冲击舌尖,一勺一勺意犹未尽。这是家不容小觑的餐厅,这次的套餐搭配的也是很成功,希望保持~

    2019春季餐厅周,店内装潢简洁温馨,半开放式厨房。服务态度良好。

    赠送的开胃菜做成迷你汉堡的形状,很有层次感,用到了喜欢的彩椒,点赞。

    「餐前面包」只有一款,种类单一了一点,配了油醋碟,面包口感有弹性。

    前菜 「法式油封鸭腿色拉」造型很美,鸭肉扎进玫红色的袋子里,这种设计对味道没有提升,不太喜欢这层类似越南春卷皮的口感,单纯为了好看罢了。对酱汁不太满意,平淡不够酸。

    汤 「奶油蘑菇汤」蘑菇和培根这个搭配很稳。

    主菜 「轻煎海鲈鱼」造型很美。海鲈鱼的腌渍基本上去除了腥味,除了边边角角还有点腥。由于食材本身的特点,鱼肉口感OK,但是酱汁令人失望。配菜油炸土豆慕斯、中东小米比鱼肉还要好吃。腌渍的花菜带着清新的酸味,比较适合配鸭肝或者油腻的红肉,由于鱼的调味已经足够清淡,这种搭配不够平衡。

    甜点 「柠檬香槟塔」柠檬奶油的部分很棒,酸甜口感中和乳酪的油腻,然而塔底面粉又厚又硬不够酥是个败笔。

    餐后提供一杯现磨咖啡,服务周到。

    这一次的套餐更注重外观而不是食物本身的味道,总体不错但相比往年水准有下降。

    其实这家店我几年前就一直想去,总是有原因订了又退,所以我基本每年菜单都看过,感觉没有去年的菜单好?

    说是米其林二星主厨开的。
    总体被低估的餐厅,因地段关系,整个商场人流不多。若换到闹市区,就不是这个价格了。
    餐前赠送了个小点心,爽口。
    兰皇蛋,低温慢煮,都不忍心戳破。
    法式蘑菇汤,浓,有培根和菌菇,真的是看得见的。
    慢烤西班牙猪肩肉,配菜都是甜的,虽说要解腻,但还是有点甜,猪肉很香。
    柠檬香槟塔,算算甜甜。
    所有菜品都很讲究摆盘,开放厨房看着很放心。有免费停车,不好找。
