Lu Style is a high-end restaurant with new style Shandong dishes. The structure of the dishes is mainly focusing on Jiaodong seafood, supplemented by Jinan dishes and Confucian cuisine. As a representative of the new style of Shandong cuisine, Lu Style changed the traditional impression of Shandong cuisine "oil, black and salty" carrying forward the traditional Shandong cuisine which conforms to the characteristics of modern healthy life, and pursue Confucius'eating idea in line with modern healthy life, and pursued Confucius'eating idea. Lu Style strive to provide the guests with a delicious, comfortable and elegant dining experience, and strive to become "the first Shandong cuisine restaurant on Michelin guideline".
Lu Style attaches great importance to food materials, "good food materials make good dishes" is the most simple truth, but Lu Style regards it as a belief, and works hard on food materials. Wild sea cucumber over 5 years from Weihai, lotus root from Mata Lake, Chinese cabbage from Jiaozhou, Salmon from Sailimu Lake and leek of Tang Yuan. The excenllent food materials from all over the world coming from Lu Style people with both feet. At first, in order to find a good leek with high quality, Lu Style people ran to seven provinces, and finally found the material in Peony River, near the border line, using only stubble throughout the year, called "head knife leek".
In the research and development of dishes, Lu Style drew inspiration from the daily delicacies of the aborigines along the coast of Jiaodong: Yimeng six-flavor pancake, Braised Cabbage with Prawn, Jiaodong-flavor Pot-braised Noodle Soup, Sauteed Seafood with Pepper, Top-grade Steamed Bun and so on all are popular home delicacies in Jiaodong area. Lu Style adopted more exquisite food materials and stricter technological standards to push a pure, time-proven flavor to the extreme.
