L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Shanghai has the largest teppanyaki in Asia surrounded by 32 seats in the signature open kitchen, as well as 16 seats at the tables around, where customers can observe the preparation of Joël Robuchon’s signature dishes by Executive Chef Francky Semblat who has been working alongside Joël Robuchon for 19 years and his team. The interactive atmosphere immerses guests in the unusual dining experience where gastronomy rhymes with conviviality. Also, this set up is completed by 3 private rooms, each of them accommodating up to 8 guests.

    实际行动缅怀一下Joel Robucho这位米其林大厨[双手合十]让我这个吃货有幸尝尽人间美味[耶]
    「餐前面包」每次贪嘴会点多菜品,所以面包都是打包带回去的[笑哭]
    「鹅肝慕斯」我个人非常喜欢这道赠送的前菜,一勺子挖到底入口,一股浓浓的咸甜香味充斥着味蕾,过瘾
    「鱼子酱龙虾冻」每次来必点,也是餐厅的招牌,说不清哪里好,就是特别喜欢,摆盘独特
    「新鲜生蚝配小洋葱酱」这道菜品比较新,尝试了一下,生蚝个头不大,不过入口即化不夸张,非常新鲜没有腥味
    「咸黄油烘烤龙虾汤」龙虾肉质饱满Q弹,龙虾汤鲜香浓郁
    「朝鲜蓟浓汤」只要是浓汤,我都喜欢喝[捂脸]
    「和牛煮双份鸭肝」也是每次来必点菜品。三分熟的和牛就着鹅肝,口感细腻…
    「迷你和牛鸭肝汉堡」我的最爱,与其说我喜欢JR不如说我喜欢店里的鸭肝汉堡包[捂脸]没办法,我就是这么俗套
    「土豆泥」怎么会有如此完美的土豆泥?!
    「香浓朱古力慕斯伴可可脆豆及朱古」是经典,不过有点甜啦
    「风味水果配香橙泡沫及红酒脆片」很爽口,真的有酒味哦[吐舌]

    餐厅周的周六中午去到这家餐厅,餐厅周预定就餐的只能坐吧台。我发现所有的吃客都围着吧台坐,而其他座位全部空着,大概全都是餐厅周的食客吧。歺食的味道当然不错,摆盘也很漂亮。不过应着米其林二星的期望,好像也没有发现特别的惊艳之处

    餐厅周赢家版第18刷。号称米其林二星、黑珍珠餐厅,但是在鼎食聚歺厅周的菜品并没有突出的显示。感觉很一般,无功无过。价格却很高,还规定只能坐在吧台上吃。浦东香格里拉翡翠36, 午餐价格仅¥168的菜品比这儿好吃多了,窗外的风景比这好多了。

    真的非常好~感觉除了有些菜品有点咸之外…无论是服务员的介绍还是服务来说都值得满分…
    再就是餐厅的整体太昏暗了…不过既然是这个风格也就可以接受
