    建业里环境优雅,茶具特别美。服务人员受过良好训练,态度良好,上菜有介绍。
    「玫瑰茶」是用茶叶冲泡,不是什么袋装茶,淡淡的玫瑰甜香喝了让人放松。
    「餐前面包」黄油值得吐槽,冻得硬邦邦的,难切难涂,黄油香气也没散发开。面包本身还不错,柔软有弹性,外面香脆,少数几块外面有点焦。面包就着前菜的蒜香菠菜奶油吃完的,这搭配也算意外之喜。
    「香煎牛蛙」口感有点老,不太入味。蒜香菠菜奶油可以打90分,酱汁偏咸,裹住不入味的牛蛙算是中和,就当是为了调味汁,觉得还算不错。
    「鳕鱼舒芙蕾」口感绵密香浓,当中的一小块鱼肉反而觉得碍事,可能是因为口感柴了吧。下面垫的萝卜薄片和京葱是绝对的亮点,给绵滑的蛋奶带去点小刺激,口感上也有了层次感。
    「水煮桃子」冰淇淋、果冻、蛋白糖、水煮桃子和白兰地奶油互相冲撞和融合,全搭配在一起吃一口有点大。对甜品基本满意。

    Le Comptoir de Pierre Gagnaire在建业里嘉佩乐酒店内,酒店呈现出经典的石库门风格,整个餐厅装饰典雅高贵,门口有引导服务员带入座位,全程服务很到位,也很专业,再来看菜品,赫维生蚝个大,入口爽滑,鲜嫩可口,搭配两种酱汁别有风味。香烤牛里脊一上来,一股浓郁的肉香扑鼻而来,建议3分熟,口感相当于别处的5分,底层土豆饼别具一格,味道不错,胡萝卜散发出一种清香。甜品的摆盘也很漂亮。
