Description
Yi Long Court Restaurant in the Peninsula hotel is located in the Huangpu district in Shanghai.
Yi Long Court Restaurant is themed on the plush Art Deco surroundings of a rich Shanghainese merchant’s home in the 1920s, warm mahogany floors, fireplaces, comfortable sofas, velvet upholstery, lofty ceilings and long windows give diners a grand, yet welcoming, residential feel.
The Cantonese cuisine is the city’s new badge of culinary status, with options including a formal à la carte menu, with mouth-watering dishes such as Pan-fried Scallops Stuffed with Minced Shrimp in Black Bean Sauce, Braised Sliced Abalone with Sea Cucumber and Diced Beef with Sliced Garlic in Honey Sauce.
A wide choice of entertaining options includes seven private dining rooms, or the coveted Chefs’ Table seating up to eight for gourmets who enjoy being close to the kitchen action.  An extensive collection of speciality teas are served at a tea counter.

    家庭套餐还能打折性价比很高,虽然菜品略平淡

    中午目前有500的套餐,本来还想单点几个菜,还好服务员好心提醒,菜量很足,一个人吃足够了,餐前小食核桃脆香扑鼻,烧味拼盘里叉烧很入味,虾饺也不错,带子虾球新鲜怡口,整套里这道菜印象深刻,最后的芒果布丁清爽,不是很甜,还是不错的一个午市套餐。

    逸龙阁就在半岛酒店二楼,从中山东一路靠外滩这个门进是最近的,一进餐厅就是一种高贵典雅的中式风格,坐在了靠窗的位子,由于楼层低,黄浦江基本是看不到了,不过对岸的超高建筑群从这个角度看还是别有一番风味。

    为期10日的臻味品鉴周(EDW)迎来了尾声,收官站回归中餐,最后一个活动日的中午前往感受这家半岛酒店内的粤菜馆。

    首次听闻此店是源于他家的中秋月饼,周末的午饭时分,店内顾客不少。内饰装修有古代名宅府第的即视感,店内配乐亦全是中式传统乐,带来古朴优雅的就餐氛围。

    店员的接待很是亲切,就座后有推荐酒水,最终结合EDW的午市菜单(¥198/位+15%服务费)加点一杯茶,各道菜品介绍如下:

    【精美点心双拼】:虾饺&春卷,配辣椒酱和XO酱,附赠酥炸核桃一碟,虾饺中的虾仁口感弹嫩份量十足,但饺皮略有粘纸和撑破,春卷外酥内柔伴随奶香,开胃效果不错。

    【蟹粉鳕鱼白玉羹】:口感鲜香味道均匀,只是在品食时吃到一根细鱼刺,算是一点小小瑕疵。

    【碧绿海鲜粒扒蟹粉蛋白】:芦笋的清香带走蟹粉和虾仁中的微腻,蒸蛋白柔滑,口味醇实。

    【京酱菌菇炒凤片】:玉米仔和青菜平衡了京酱的腻感,佳味。

    【鲍汁鸭粒炒饭】:长香米饱满味匀,份量适中。

    【香芒冻布丁】:醇香柔甜,品质不逊于专业布丁店,诚意推荐。

    零点白茶
    【高级白牡丹】(¥60):品质一般,一泡浓中带腻且余味短,二泡之后香味明显变淡,实为一大败笔。

    中菜西作之味,总体上佳。店员上菜速度适中,收理及时且态度恭敬,只是用于净手的冷毛巾在第二道菜品上桌之后方至,略有不妥。初次消费,感觉这里的氛围比较适合家庭聚餐或者商务宴请。臻味品鉴周的赏味之旅,圆满结束~
