Inspired by the Japanese tradition of sharing and gathering, the ethos behind Shinpaku is simple: groups of like-minded people can enjoy the company while dining and drinking. Shinpaku is the heart of sake specific rice, used in the production of only the finest sake. Japanese sake craftsmen strive for perfection; the more polished the rice, the better the quality of the sake.

Ingredients can be called the soul of Japan. The Shinpaku team selects the best ingredients, whether they are traditional Japanese skewers, premium fresh seafood, the innovative dishes with modern cooking techniques not only emphasize the seasonal feel, but also make the best use of the color, aroma and taste of the ingredients.

The main dining room overlooks the famous bund and in the center is a wooden pavilion, a semi-private dining area. In front of the open kitchen diners can experience an authentic Japanese fish market. Watch the chef prepare exquisite raw delicacies with the seafood right in front of you. The interior design combines restaurant a large number of unique woods and natural elements.

Our Kikisake-shi has selected over 100 different types of sake from different Japanese prefectures. Our sake cellar collections ranges from the full categories of the famous DASSAI to the Japanese Royal family favorites: KOKURYU and KUKURIHIME. Japan is known for its many distinct and innovative craft beers and Shinpaku has selected only the finest. Our Craft Beer Bar integrates Japanese drinking traditions into the dining experience.

    对于日料的认知需要继续培养,于是小伙伴又引荐我来到这家店。
    这家店其实不太像日料,环境上除了墙上的绘画,一切都像西餐厅。
    我们所坐的位置视野很好,倒不是说直视对面陆家嘴的景观。餐厅位于二层,很大程度上是被树荫遮挡的。我们所坐的位置虽然不是在窗边,不直视外面的景观,却有点“遮、透、漏”的意思,隔着餐桌,透过窗户,看到被树荫半掩半遮的霓虹、天空,视觉上更加有层次。
     
    刺身,松叶蟹腿、金枪鱼中脂、海胆
    金枪鱼中脂的部分,我很喜欢,相比于大脂的肥润,中脂的脂肪含量更加合适。松叶蟹腿也能吃出鲜甜感。海胆,比我预想的好,没有腥味。
     
    帝王蟹腿美乃烧
    蟹腿加上美乃滋烤过的,第一次烤得偏干并且有焦味,跟服务生提过之后,餐厅重新端了一份上来明显juicy了不少。餐厅愿意接受客人的意见,是非常好的事情。
     
    清蒸北海道松叶蟹
    用蟹针可完整地挑出蟹腿肉,关节部位也可以完整抽出肉,应该说蟹还是新鲜的。蟹肉如果再饱满一些会更加诱人。
     
    蛤蜊舞茸土瓶蒸
    平平淡淡的清汤,打开壶盖可以看到里面的蛤蜊、虾肉、舞菇。这种平稳和保守的口味,似乎不适合这家餐厅的时尚感。
     
    鳗鱼饭
    通过这一晚饭,终于迎来了当天的碳水摄入。鳗鱼肉虽然只是两小片,伴着萝卜丝、卷芯菜丝、海苔丝,味道还不错。
     
    焦糖豆腐冰激凌
    吃起来比看起来好。甜品的外形真的不算漂亮,不过和风的口感便不会像西点那样高甜度,完全不会甜腻齁。
     
    梅酒
    非常适合我这样业余的口味,梅子味显著,冰冰甜甜,佐餐合适。
     
    整体非常舒适的用餐过程。

    独具创意的午市套餐,以野餐盒的形式巧妙搭配,让身处繁华都市的我们有了郊游的闲暇心情,餐点虽然是一人份,但独具匠心,巧妙搭配,鳗鱼盖饭很香,野餐盒蔬菜较为爽口,刺身新鲜,饭后甜点抹茶冰淇淋清甜可口,最后奉上的茉莉香片茶香浓郁。
