    这是一篇充满心理活动的点评。
    手机上翻看到有人把这家餐厅的葱油饼写得此馐知应天上有,人间难得几回尝的感觉,再加上之前来这里吃饭时花雕虾给我留下的好印象,于是顺手预定了餐厅周的套餐。

    前菜中,第一口就吃了腐乳鹅肝拼手工葱油饼,残念,葱油饼是冷的、硬的。我之前看到的评论上,特地嘱咐要一口吃下才过硬,我真的就是一大口包含了腐乳鹅肝的葱油饼。此刻我想提意见,都没什么好说的,没有证据啊。于是我另外要求单点一份葱油饼,如果单点的好吃,我心里也就高兴了,如果单点的依然不好吃,我即可有凭有据地指出。(其实,消费者是没有义务指出不足,帮助其改进的)
    单点的一份上来之后,我有经验了,先咬一半,还是冷的、硬的,此刻可以明确地向服务员要求把饼烘热。(写到此处,我觉得自己有些神经质了。)
    换了一份上来之后,连盘子都不一样了,我用手摸了一下葱油饼,是热的,不烫,放上腐乳鹅肝一起咬,比刚才好一些。 应该说腐乳鹅肝还是很成功的,既不像纯粹的腐乳那样咸,也不像纯粹的鹅肝那样油润。葱油饼不是起酥的那种,不是我特别喜爱的。

    忍不住用手机去翻看我昨天看到的点评上到底写了什么,仔细阅读了一下,原来就是“好吃到哭”。自行脑补是个好东西,别人无非随便一写,我还当真了,以为这是上海top3了。

    别人把黄鱼写的第一次吃这么鲜的黄鱼,我觉得也还好。锅贴也很平平,把重点放在摆盘上,以至于食物冷掉,随便吃吃吧。那个粥和汤都不错,感觉自己像个病人,沉迷于粥和汤。
    其实,这家食物的调味都是不错的,温和适口,可能是之前来坐在包厢中,一切都很从容稳妥,今天坐大堂,吃得又是事先准备好的套餐,难免有落差。

    结账时看到一杯柠檬水10元,唉,难怪没有问我要喝带气泡的水还是不带气泡的水,我蛮好点个普洱茶。

    餐厅周开始了,带着妈妈一起寻味经典美味,早早地预订了东方司宴,并备注了需要靠窗位,本并不指望商家会理会我的要求,没想到真的安排了靠窗位,还是正对江景的佳作,顿觉有点欣喜,感觉自己被重视了。

    落座后被告知套餐内的例汤跟雪菜小黄鱼售罄了,给我换了松茸竹笙汤和鲍鱼炖花胶汁,又是一个小惊喜,菜品升级了。

    菜品上桌,东方司宴果然名不虚传,每个小菜都很精致。前菜就有点小惊艳了

    花雕醉虾 ~虾肉很活嫩,略带酒香,顿时打开味蕾

    百香果小金瓜~真是第一次吃到那么好吃的南瓜,甜糯中带着一丝百香果的清香味

    腐乳鹅肝~这道菜很创意,吃过几次腐乳蛋糕,但腐乳鹅肝还是第一次吃呢,这道菜将法式鹅肝与海派玫瑰腐乳完美融合,造型也很精美

    松茸竹笙汤~很养眼的高汤,汤碗很有日料的感觉,莲蓬造型的豆制品更显得汤品健康营养

    鲍鱼炖花胶汁~花胶汁很浓稠,配料是燕麦,青豆等,略显不足的是鲍鱼炖得有点老了,不太好嚼,口味还是不错的

    锅贴配玫瑰山药糕~摆盘如诗如画,锅贴鲜香,山药糕带着玫瑰的芬芳,沁人心脾

    泉水时令时蔬~这个季节很清爽的蓬蒿菜,营养搭配得不错

    海底椰炖桃胶~女士最爱,这道甜品养颜滋补,清甜润肺

    很暖心的一餐,带着家人享受春日暖阳与美味佳肴,美好的心情伴着无敌江景,最美好的生活莫过于是
