    地点在一个不容易找到的地方,环境也比较一般,食材很新鲜,很美味

    菜单与预定时的菜单不一样,按照季节调整的。

    菜品算的上普通了,虽然运用了当季的食材想要创造出季节性,不过感觉每太挑好,比较一整套里,我在至少3个菜里吃到了黄瓜......2个菜里吃到了豆腐,感觉好家常...........

    食材的挑选也有问题,头盘的白芦笋,又老又硬。
    很有把日料往中式做的感觉。但是这又怎么可能做得过中餐呢....

    创意有但是走的有点偏。
    就拿其中一个鳖冻来说好了,大师傅跟我们解释了一下做法和用心,我也能理解是个好东西,但是从小江南长大的我,鳖的料理可是吃多了,中餐厨师对鳖的处理可以算是历史由来已久了。可是一点腥味也没有.......那道菜吃了一口就没再吃了.....
    白子的天妇罗也是,喜欢吃白子的人应该也是挺多的.....但是对我来说有点腻。
    环境普通。料理台太小,厨师刀具随便 放,后面桌上还放了堆奖牌。入店有奇怪的味道,感觉下次不会去了.....
