Gregory Louraichi has over 15 years culinary experience and is dedicated to offer the best and freshest products available to propose a sophisticated yet relaxed dining experience. The menu promotes French inspired cuisine focusing on natural ingredients and free range products sourced from farms and producers from China, Europe and other parts of the world. The foie gras is one of the star dishes, made from French mulard duck breed. It is proposed either pan-seared with tropical fruits coulis and grapefruit jelly or in terrine cooked at low temperature with Jurançon wine. The 5+ marbling Wagyu ribeye from South Australia is also not to be missed as well as the Japanese swordfish arranged with a twisted Grenobloise sauce.
Additionally the restaurant proposes a mezzanine with two rooms for private dining.
