In recent years, Peruvian cuisine has been gaining popularity all over the world and Shanghai is no exception.

As a native Peruvian, Eduardo has a deep and unique understanding of the cuisine of his native country, which translates into some wonderful Peruvian dishes on Colca's menu. Since its opening in 2017, Colca, which focuses on modern and exquisite Peruvian cuisine, has become an instant hit in Shanghai.

It was also voted the "Best New Restaurant of the Year" by TimeOut Shanghai and Shanghai Wow, and its reputation continues to this day. Colca is located in Yong Ping Li, 199 Heng Shan Road, adjacent to the subway entrance, with a beautiful outdoor terrace, serving authentic Peruvian cuisine and iconic Pisco cocktails. The restaurant covers an area of about 550 square meters and can accommodate 160 people.

Inspired by the Spanish bars from the 80’s, with a modern twist, with 3 locations across Asia (Shanghai, Manila, Saigon) the design by Max Trullàs of MTMDESIGN, reflects an evolution of the concept in each restaurant with a sexy common note.
