Since its opening in 2017, Colca, which focuses on modern and exquisite Peruvian cuisine, has become an instant hit in Shanghai.
It was also voted the "Best New Restaurant of the Year" by TimeOut Shanghai and Shanghai Wow, and its reputation continues to this day.
