  We were a party of four adults tasting the Restsurant Week lunch on September 6, 2017. Having lived in Hong Kong for more than a decade and eaten in most counties in Guangdong province, we thought we would try this Cantonese type menu.

  The three meats combination tasted good: the Char Siu had nice flavor but didn't look like Cantonese roast pork, the chicken was good, the tripe was well flavored but needed slightly longer cooking.

  The three sweets and Guilin jelly were served before the savory items . I font know if that was planned or a mistake.

  The three savory dim sum were all good. Likewise the delicate micro cucumber sauté dish and the fried rice. We added a sautéed beef ho fun rice noodle which was tasty and convincing enough.

  The "Pineapple num with butter" was tasty but it wasn't a pineapple bun at all
