Jstone.意大利餐厅致力于秉承意大利菜系的传统,甄选新鲜上等食材,采用意大利南部传统的烹饪方式,只使用海盐和黑胡椒来调味,萃取天然香草精华为美食提香,无论是工作日的午餐或葡萄酒晚餐或者周末早午餐,我们都应有尽有。

不仅如此,Jstone,会在每家餐厅都设计了精致的葡萄酒艺术柜,用于收藏托斯卡纳、西西里等地区的佳酿,以及皮埃蒙特独有的巴罗洛、巴巴莱斯科这些DOCG级别的珍藏酒。
罗马手工薄底披萨是Jstone.从意大利到上海经营多年还保留至今的菜品,选用意大利进口无激素小麦研磨而成的面粉制作披萨面团,并经过24小时低温自然发酵;匹萨酱由鲜美番茄混合纯天然香料秘制而成,具有风味浓郁的特点;精选富含蛋白质、维生素、矿物质和钙质及低卡路里的进口莫苏里拉芝士,经烘烤后的饼底外层香脆、内层松软,制作成的披萨如“皮夹似的”折叠起来,外层也不会破裂。

在牛排工艺上,Jstone.在澳洲吉普斯兰德的合作牧场始终坚持散养安格斯优等牛,为了让牛吸收均衡的营养,在牛龄成熟后进行人工谷饲圈养200天,把吸收的营养转化为优质的大理石花纹,纹路清晰明朗,肉质鲜嫩,澳洲600克带骨肉眼是其中的佼佼者,以一根肋骨为基准,并经过21天排酸,通过湿式熟成,三分熟其实刚好,入口时即刻能感受到丰盈的汁水充斥在唇齿间,牛肉的表层焦黄香嫩,诱人的牛肉香味层层散发出来,切开后却是漂亮的粉嫩色泽,色、香、味齐齐迸发,缠绕成最无法抵挡的诱惑,一头成牛的肋排只可以切7份带骨600克肉眼,所以每晚都需要提前预订。与此同时,Jstone.经营的澳洲和牛也是妥妥的巨实惠,只需要简单煎烤之后,和肉中均匀分布的大理石油脂开始融化,闻上去和牛有一股甜香的牛油味道,口感嫩滑,大理石油脂结构肥瘦相间,没有筋膜,入口即化,像雪花落入口中,轻轻咬下去,肉中迸发出的汁水犹如高汤一样的浓稠,值得一提的是,不沾酱汁同样美味。

    2019餐厅周选了这家,比起浦东分店,这里的环境更优,暖洋洋的春天,露台位置很舒服,当然味道还是一如既往的好,牛排好大一块~

    老牌意大利餐厅,浦东浦西都有分店。近几年主推和牛西冷,相比还是披萨比较有特色,还能感到这是一家意大利餐厅,这里的环境是不错的,有露台有沙发,是适合带上家人吃吃早午餐的地方,吃完还能去环贸逛逛。

    环境超赞的一家餐厅,门口不是很显眼,自动门一打开豁然明亮,工业风的装修,还有露台,一位外国小哥哥来迎接你,一口流利的中文会让你惊讶到,毕竟人家已经在中国生活了5年多。披萨和牛排是招牌,一定不能错过,因为薄底披萨已经很难在魔都吃到了,而且是在热门商圈里。牛排是要点和牛西冷,在推荐榜上排前列,口感果真不错,肥而不腻,满嘴油花香,汁水充足,不需要蘸酱品尝和牛的纯真口味。甜品推荐巧克力熔岩蛋糕,就是那种会爆浆的巧克力甜品,配上冰激凌很有冰火两重天的意思,哈哈!
