We were lucky. Due to the "overbooking", we got a seat on a sofa close the window, with a very nice view on the Bund. We took several dishes for sharing. As usual, their "mise en bouche" with foie gras and porto wine emulsion is very tasty. We liked their lagoustine tempura, beef tartare. The paté en croute is tasty, while the turbot was a bit too cooked and lack taste. The squail with foie gras is just ok (the meat was a bit dry). The scallops were the worstly prepared, too chewy. To finish, we took the souflé with pumkin was delicious. Overall experience was good.
