Description
ZEN TSUKI is deeply hidden on the lively Wuding Road with Zen temperament. The space of 100㎡, under the design of Japanese designer, creates a visual effect of extending the extension of the landscape, the labyrinth of the bamboo forest, and unconsciously, we walked out of the aesthetic realm of 1000㎡+. The restaurant is only open for 5 hours a day.
Chef Kierce Cheung has experience in Japanese cuisine for 20 years and was used to be the Executive Chef at the Sushi Zen in Beijing. Although it has been opened for less than a month, Kierce put down his words and decided to take "Shanghai Michelin".
The 9-courses Omakase provided with several sakes is a surprise from the start. In the first course, we found the season's Ankang fish liver, which is well-known as “the foie gras in the sea”. We can feel the mouth being slowly filled in one bite, and the more chewy the more fragrant and thicker. In the following courses, there are a series of high-grade ingredients such as Japanese spiny crab, foie gras, sea urchin and Wagyu beef.

    今天我们尝试的是¥1400的会席料理,第一道菜是用来清口的腌洋葱与姜片,看上去非常别致。第二道菜是长野番茄。配上的喜马拉雅岩盐不动声色地调和了长野番茄夸张的甜度,让人胃口大开。第三道菜,八寸里面的搭配也很有讲究。北海道的红毛蟹配合着朝鲜海胆,吉拉多生蚝上面点缀着黑鱼籽,小竹荚鱼有芝麻点缀,鲍鱼煮的火候刚好,软糯而入味。最赞的是伊比利亚黑猪腿,中间夹着酸甜的无花果,绝对冲击味蕾。这道石斑鱼松茸汤是用鱼骨熬了半天时间制成的,香味浓郁,感觉根本停不下来啊!刺身当中的蓝鳍金枪鱼中腩与大竹荚鱼就不用多说了,绝对是地道的好货。最后用这个精致的杯子盖住的是羽太幽腌烧。
