  Probably the worst experience I had in a restaurant in Shanghai. From appetizer to dessert, a total disgrace. Let’s be clear: no one in this kitchen has EVER taken any culinary courses. You should be ashamed of calling you a restaurant. Appetizer terrine clearly passed the date to be consumed, we did not finish and were scared to be sick. The smoked salmon was... smoked salmon: no dressing, no lemon, just a little egg and 3 herbs, who would call this “a dish” I can do the same taking it out of the plastic. The quinoa salad: let’s just start by cooking the shrimp properly and quinoa not that much; the dressing: a chili sauce coming from the dim sum place downstairs. The meet: 300g of sirloin with 150g of nerves and fat. Also medium rare is not bloody, look it up on Baidu if you don’t know what that means. Finally:,m the chocolate fondue. Let me just tell you that at least you brought me back to my childhood by serving me hot cocoa but a chocolate fondue, it was nothing of it. And by the way, you need sticks to be able to dip the whatever crap you put on the side of the bowl, not a spoon. Basic chocolate fondue serving but you cannot know since you are not a cool. You managed to kill probably the best view you could hope for for a dinner in Shanghai. A TOTAL SCAM AND SHAME!
